As a birthday present to myself, I decided a trip home would be the best gift that I could give! Yes, when it came to selecting that seat for landing in one of my favorite Montana cities, I knew that I wanted a window seat and on which side! These shots were that exact reason and with some of my new additions to my camera equipment, I am very satisified with my seat selection for the last leg of my trip. After looking at these shots on my display screen, I reflected back on my hikes along the Ridge and am still surprised I never plummeted to my death down the sheer cliffs along this alpine trail. In the top left picture is a great view of Bridger Bowl during the peak of summer. If anyone is looking for a great day hike along the Ridge, grab a friend and park one car beneath the M and the other at the ski bowl and make the way up to the trail!
